Booking Policy
We require a 50% deposit if more than 30 days prior to arrival. We require the full payment when you are 30 days or less from arrival.
Cancellation/Refund Policy
We require a 30 day notice of cancellation to receive a refund. Cancellation fee of $50 dollars will be deducted from the refund. If you cancel within 30 days of arrival and the cabin is re-rented we will charge only the $50 dollar fee. If the cabin is not re-rented the deposit will not be refunded. We do not refund for inclement weather.
Damages to the Property
We are 100% non smoking inside the cabins. A cleaning fee of $100 dollars will be added if any evidence of smoking is found inside the cabins.
Guests are responsible for any damages to the property during their stay. Any damage to the property should be immediately reported to management.
Absolutely no pets allowed.
No parties are allowed. No loud noises after 10 pm.
No ATV riding on the property.
This is for insurance purposes
If you use the dishes please wash them and place them back into the cabinets. We will provide the dish detergent. If dishes are left we will assess a $20 dollar cleaning fee to your credit card. You are welcome to bring your own paper plates and utensils if you wish.
Children under the age of 6 shall not be on stairs or in the loft area. We will not be responsible for any injuries.
We do not provide daily maid service during your stay. We will stock you with plenty of towels and you can obtain any necessities at the office.
